GEALAN-LINEAR®
Versatile 74 mm all-rounder with clean, angular lines and a recycled core
GEALAN-LINEAR® balances function, cost-effectiveness and design. The 74 mm multi-chamber system is used for windows, front doors and sliding doors in new buildings and renovations, and its straight, angular lines suit today’s minimalist architecture.

Designed for contemporary façades
LINEAR consistently follows the linear design language that defines much of today’s architecture. Its angular shape gives simple façades a contemporary look, and matching glazing beads continue the style inside. The narrow face widths of frame and sash keep the glass area large and rooms bright.
Flush-mounted or offset
As standard, LINEAR has an offset sash. For an even more reduced appearance, a flush-mounted version is available: frame and sash form one closed surface and only a narrow joint shows where the window opens.
GEALAN-LUMAXX® — slimmer profiles, more light
In the LUMAXX version the profiles are especially slim without compromising ease of use or security. The mono-slip-on (monostulp) solution has a face width of only 100 mm — for windows with maximum glass area and optimum daylight.
Stable, secure and well insulated
The 74 mm technology is a further development of the proven 70 mm class. It provides high stability with modern, heavy functional glazing, and its multi-chamber construction improves thermal insulation, sound insulation and security. The universal sash rebate allows classic glazing blocks, STV® dry bonding or production-optimised wet bonding.
Front doors and sliding doors
The same system produces front doors that complement the windows or fit harmoniously into any façade thanks to their minimalist design, as well as modern sliding doors that are a worthwhile investment economically, technically and visually.
A more sustainable window
LINEAR profiles use recycled PVC in the core as standard, reducing the amount of virgin material. In a sample calculation for a 1 × 1.4 m single-sash window with GEALAN-acrylcolor® and around 59 % recycled content, the CO₂ footprint of the profiles (life-cycle phases A1–A3) was about 43 % lower than for the same window made entirely from virgin PVC.
